
Summer Internships at the Gulf Coast Museum of Art
The Gulf Coast Museum of Art is inviting applications for two summer internships in the Department of Collections and Exhibitions. Interns will work directly with the curator and registrar/exhibitions coordinator on projects that may include though are not limited to collection research, exhibition planning and installation, file and database management, and special projects. Applicants with a background in museum studies, art history, studio arts or related fields are preferred. Positions are part-time. No stipend is available.
The Gulf Coast Museum of Art is a not for profit institution committed to the collecting and exhibition of contemporary Florida art and Southeastern craft. We develop and host exhibitions of national interest and offer a range of educational programming and studio classes throughout the year. Our museum campus is shared with the Florida Botanical Gardens and Heritage Village in Largo, Florida.
